Our provider is licensed jointly by the Board of Medicine and Board of Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner, and is registered with the Board of Pharmacy to provider certifications for medical cannabis. We provide consultations via a telemedicine visit, in person is also available within a certain geographic area for an additional fee.
